Techno Functional Sr.Consultant/Lead

• We are seeking a highly
  skilled and certified Odoo Techno Functional Sr.Consultant/Lead with 5+ years of
  expertise in Odoo ERP system, covering all Odoo modules to join our team in
  Bangalore. The ideal candidate will provide functional and technical consulting
  to help implement and customize Odoo solutions based on business needs.

  ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  
• Design,
  configure, and customize Odoo ERP modules (Accounting, Inventory, Sales, HR,
  Procurement, etc.) to meet business requirements.
  
• Develop
  technical solutions, including custom modules, workflows, and reports.
  
• Conduct
  gap analysis between business needs and existing functionality, identifying
  areas for custom development.
  
• Provide
  ongoing technical support, debugging, and troubleshooting for Odoo ERP
  applications.
  
• Optimize
  system performance through enhancements and improvements in workflows,
  processes, and integrations.
  
• Collaborate
  with teams to ensure seamless upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
  
• Analyze
  and document business processes and requirements, translating them into Odoo
  configurations.
  
• Provide
  recommendations on best practices to maximize system efficiency.
  
• Ensure
  the system aligns business goals and financial processes, maintaining
  compliance and functionality.
  
• Work
  closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and
  provide effective solutions.
  
• Train
  end users on new features, updates, and processes to promote efficient system
  use.
  
• Provide
  post -implementation support and maintain strong feedback loops.
  
• Manage integration
  between Odoo and third -party applications using APIs and connectors.
  
• Ensure
  proper data migration, mapping, and synchronization during implementations.
  
• Maintain
  data integrity and system security through proper configuration and monitoring.
  
• Proactively
  identify project risks and bottlenecks and devise contingency plans to mitigate
  them.
  
• Ensure
  timely completion of development, testing, and deployment phases.
  
• Evaluate
  system performance and provide recommendations to optimize functionality.
  
  PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
  Academic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in
  computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related
  field.
  
• Relevant professional certifications
  in ERP systems, Odoo, or database management are a plus.
  

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in
  Odoo ERP implementation, customization, and development.
  
• Hands -on experience in
  consultation and implementation of Odoo modules across multiple business
  functions (Finance, Sales, Inventory, HR, etc.).
  
• Strong understanding of
  technical development (Python, XML, JavaScript) and functional workflows within
  Odoo.
  
• Good knowledge of Python
  and ODOO framework
  
• Knowledge of database
  management systems such as PostgreSQL and API integrations.
  
• Experience in data
  migration, deployment management, and Odoo system upgrades.
  
• Strong analytical,
  problem -solving, and debugging skills.
  
• Excellent communication
  skills to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
  
• Ability to work under
  pressure, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  
• Proactive mindset with a
  keen eye for process improvements and system optimization.
