Through our culture of making a real impact, fostering growth, embracing flexibility, and building connections, we enable them to live meaningful lives while making a difference in the world.\n\n## In one sentence\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce SPM (Sales Performance Management) and SPIFF (Sales Performance Incentive Fund \u0026 Commission) platforms. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements and technical delivery owing end-to-end implementations from discovery through go-live and hyper-care. \n\n## What will your job look like?\n\n * Lead end-to-end implementations of Salesforce SPM and SPIFF for salesforce implementation in Amdocs.\n * Translate complex incentive compensation plans (tiered, quota-based, KICKER, co-sell, SPIFFs) into scalable Salesforce configurations.\n * Conduct discovery workshops, gap analysis, and solution design sessions with Sales Ops, Finance, and HR stakeholders.\n * Own functional design documents, solution design documents and test scripts for all compensation components.\n * Configure SPM objects: Compensation Plans, Incentive Rules, Quotas, Attainment Logic, Payment Schedules, Draw \u0026 Clawback policies.\n * Develop and review Apex classes, triggers, LWC components, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) supporting compensation workflows.\n * Design and implement data integrations between SPM and upstream/downstream systems (ERP, HRIS, CRM, Billing).\n\n\n\n \n\n\n## All you need is...\n\n * 5+ years in Salesforce with 1+ full-cycle SPM / ICM implementations (must have).\n * Deep knowledge of compensation models: quota attainment, accelerators, decelerators, SPIFFs, MBOs, team vs. individual splits.\n * Strong Sales Cloud knowledge (Opportunities, Products, Pricebooks, Territories).\n * Experience with commission dispute resolution and payment approval flows.\n * Familiarity with revenue recognition principles and Finance/GL alignment.\n * Skilled in writing FDDs, user stories, process flows, and data mapping sheets.\n\n\n\n### Technical Expertise\n\n * Proficient in Apex (classes, triggers, batch, queueable), SOQL/SOSL, and LWC.\n * Hands-on REST/SOAP API integrations for SPM data feeds (ERP sync, HRIS roster).\n * Experience with data migration tools: Data Loader, Informatica, MuleSoft, or NiFi.\n * Knowledge of Salesforce Flows and automation best practices.\n * Experience with native Salesforce Spiff plan design, rep-facing dashboards, estimate features.\n * Exposure to Revenue Cloud / CPQ and the quote-to-cash lifecycle.\n * Knowledge of Agentforce / Einstein AI use cases within Sales Performance workflows.\n\n\n\n### Certifications Requirement\n\n * Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder\n * Sales Cloud Consultant\n * Revenue Cloud Consultant\n * CPQ Specialist\n * Agentforce Specialist\n * Platform Developer 1\n\n\n\n \n\n\n## Why you will love this job:\n\n\u2022 You will be challenged to design and develop new software applications. \n\u2022 You will have the opportunity to work in a growing organization, with ever growing opportunities for personal growth. \n \n\nAmdocs is an equal opportunity employer.
