Job Description - Technology Associate - NGN

Job Title: L1 Network Engineer

Location: [HYD]

Job Summary:

We are hiring an enthusiastic fresher to join as an L1 Network Engineer for the Americold project. This role is ideal for candidates who have completed their CCNA certification and are looking to begin their career in networking.

Responsibilities:

Provide first-level support for network issues and requests.
Monitor and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting LAN/WAN connectivity problems.
Document tickets, issues, and resolutions.
Follow standard operating procedures and escalate issues when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

CCNA certification (mandatory).
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in network operations.
