Summary:
As a Technology Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the progress of substantial and intricate technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations. This role requires continuous collaboration with project sponsors to effectively manage project scope and mitigate risks. The individual leads efforts to maintain high service quality and cost efficiency, driving the overall success and profitability of the projects. Additionally, the role includes fostering innovation and supporting business development by delivering exceptional solutions and maintaining strong communication across various teams and stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting, SAP FI CO Finance.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP FI CO Finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and cost controlling within SAP environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in managing end-to-end project delivery in large-scale SAP implementations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration and solution integration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
