We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Professional with 9–12 years of strong hands-on development experience in PL1 and IMS. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in core mainframe technologies and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience in the financial domain will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain mainframe applications.

• Perform analysis, coding, testing, and implementation of business requirements.

• Work extensively with PL1 and IMS in application development and maintenance.

• Develop and support programs using COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, and VSAM.

• Conduct impact analysis and provide effective solutions for system enhancements.

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in PL1 (Must Have)

• Strong hands-on experience in IMS (Must Have)

• Expertise in COBOL

• Experience with CICS

• Proficiency in JCL

• Working knowledge of DB2

• Experience with VSAM
