We are looking for an experienced Technology Platform Engineer with deep expertise in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud and an AI-first mindset to enable Oracle AI capabilities and accelerate business outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and manage production and non-production cloud environments using appropriate platform tools.

• Deploy automation pipelines and automate environment creation and configuration.

• Enable and operationalize embedded Oracle AI capabilities within Oracle Subscription Management Cloud workflows.

• Configure security, roles, workflow states, and relevant product features.

• Conduct use-case discovery workshops and map business pain points to Oracle product AI capabilities.

• Define value KPIs, adoption metrics, and productivity improvements.

• Implement AI governance including access controls, auditability, human-in-the-loop approvals, and responsible-use guardrails.

• Extend Oracle screens and business processes safely using supported extensions and APIs.

• Ensure AI outputs are integrated into the correct workflow states without impacting compliance.

• Support integrations using APIs, events, and OIC where applicable.

• Drive testing and ensure quality throughout implementation.

• Develop rollout playbooks covering pilot, phased deployment, training, and hypercare.

• Track telemetry, audit logs, KPIs, productivity, and cycle-time improvements.

• Work closely with stakeholders and maintain strong delivery discipline.

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Subscription Management Cloud

• Oracle Security and Role Management

• Workflow Configuration and Feature Enablement

• Oracle AI capabilities and AI-enabled workflows

• APIs, Events and OIC integrations

• Testing and deployment

• Telemetry, audit logs and KPI tracking

• Strong stakeholder management

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience in AI governance and responsible AI implementation

• Experience in cloud environment automation and deployment pipelines
