Technology Support Analyst

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Technology Support Analyst to provide L1/L2 desktop and technical support for hardware, software, and enterprise applications. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, managing service desk tickets, supporting Office 365 environments, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 desktop and remote technical support
  
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network -related issues
  
• Manage service desk tickets and maintain SLA standards
  
• Support MS Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and Windows 11
  
• Handle Active Directory and Exchange user/license management
  
• Install, configure, maintain, and update systems
  
• Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation
  
• Provide remote support using tools like TeamViewer and LogMeIn
