What is expected from this role to start with?

• Follow a consultative approach to understand the IT job role requirements & expectations of the Asia Pacific clients' projects;
• Derive a sourcing strategy to reach out to right group of tech talents;
• Understand the matching skills/capabilities/aspirations of the tech talents;
• Guide talents for their career progression (candidate management);
• Present the right talent profiles to the client facing managers;
• Facilitate the matching/hiring process for the client to hire the right talents, bingo! That's what is expected from this role;
• Managing large resource ramp-ups as a project and team management are possible for aspirants with relevant skills;
• Result Orientation: Your sincere efforts towards talents' success, client and community delight to have a meaningful career.

Who shall fit-in the best for this role?

• Education in engineering or computer science related discipline shall be required;
• Being an individual contribution role, we are considering candidates with relevant work experience of 5 years in tech talent executive search or IT talent acquisition or tech recruitment for external clients' projects in Singapore, Malaysia and other Asia Pacific countries;
• Excellent communication, inter-personal skills, being meticulous and result-orientation are the most important attributes for this role;
• Having a mind-set of delivering value to make candidates/clients succeed and commitment to the purpose of the role;
• Positive attitude to put-in efforts to achieve the desired goals shall make you a good fit for this role;
• This being a specialised role, ability to keep learning is one of the key success factors for this role.
