This role involves managing and creating platforms such as JIRA, GitHub, Workfront, Kronos, MetricStream (GRC), and Azure DevOps, ensuring smooth operations, patching, version upgrades, and deployment support for Run applications.\n\n* * *\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Provide end-to-end support for enterprise tools including JIRA, GitHub, Workfront, Kronos, MetricStream (GRC), and Azure DevOps.\n * Perform patching, version upgrades, and maintenance of supported applications.\n * Support deployment activities for Run applications, ensuring adherence to change management processes.\n * Monitor application health and proactively address performance or availability issues.\n * Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.\n * Maintain documentation for configurations, patches, and operational procedures.\n * Ensure compliance with security standards and governance policies.\n * Provide customer-focused support and timely communication during incidents and planned maintenance.\n * Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support when required.\n\n\n\n* * *\n\nMandatory Experience\n\n * 5+ years in Tech Operations or Application Support roles.\n * Hands-on experience with JIRA, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.\n * Strong understanding of patching, software version management, and deployment processes.\n * Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.\n\n\n\n* * *\n\nRequired Skills\n\n * Expertise in application administration and troubleshooting.\n * Knowledge of ITIL processes and SLA adherence.\n * Strong understanding of security and compliance practices.\n * Excellent communication and collaboration skills.\n * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.\n * Willingness to provide support during off-hours and weekends as needed.\n\n\n\n* * *\n\nNice to Have\n\n * Experience with GRC platforms like MetricStream.\n * Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices.\n * Exposure to automation tools for patching and deployments.\n\n\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
