Job Description - Tecnical Recruiter

Job Title: Recruiter – Europe Hiring Specialist

 

 

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter with strong experience in European hiring. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple countries, focusing on building a strong talent pipeline, maintaining compliance with local labor laws, and delivering a world-class candidate experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment across Europe, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for roles across multiple functions.

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies tailored to different European markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.

Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and employee referrals.

Ensure compliance with European labor laws, GDPR, and local employment regulations.

Manage the recruitment process efficiently and maintain accurate hiring metrics.

Act as a brand ambassador for the company in the European talent market.

Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a recruiter with significant exposure to European hiring (minimum 3–5 years preferred).

Strong understanding of the labor markets in major European countries (UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, etc.).

Experience with various sourcing tools, ATS systems, and recruitment technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders across different countries.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.

Knowledge of employment laws, GDPR, and recruitment compliance in Europe.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred:

Experience recruiting for tech, finance, or other specialized industries.

Multilingual skills (English mandatory; additional European languages are a plus).

Experience in employer branding initiatives and talent marketing.
