e are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining good client relationships. You should have excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.
• Explain the products or services offered by the company.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Follow up on previous interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolution.
• Forward leads or escalated issues to relevant departments when needed.

Proven experience as a tele caller, telemarketer, or similar role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
