Job Description - Tele Caller

Key Responsibilities:*

 

* Make outbound calls to potential investors (HNIs, UHNIs, corporates etc) to introduce fixed income investment opportunities.

 

* Understand client requirements and briefly explain the product.

 

* Generate leads and schedule meetings for the Relationship Management / Sales Team.

 

* Maintain accurate records of conversations and client details in the CRM system.

 

* Assist in executing call campaigns and lead generation activities.

 

* Support the sales team with client coordination and basic documentation when needed.

 

 

*Key Requirements:*

 

* Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service, preferably in financial services or investment products.

 

* Basic understanding of bonds, debentures, and fixed income investments is a plus.

 

* Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or relevant regional language).

 

* Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.

 

* Ability to work with CRM tools and MS Office.

 

* Good interpersonal and listening skills.

 

* Self-motivated and result-driven.
