Candle Electric Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a pioneer in smart electrical and home automation solutions, We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele Caller to handle customer communication, follow -ups, and lead generation through calls and messages.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers and leads

Explain company products and services
Follow up on inquiries and appointments
Maintain customer records and reports
Coordinate with the sales team

Requirements

Any Degree
Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
Basic computer knowledge
Customer handling skills
Prior tele calling or sales support experience is an advantage
