Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and presentable
Receptionist cum Tele caller to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal
candidate will manage front desk responsibilities while also handling incoming
and outgoing calls to prospective and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional
manner.
Handle walk-in customer queries and direct them
appropriately.
Manage appointment schedules and maintain visitor logs.
Tele caller Duties:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote real
estate properties.
Handle inbound calls, provide property-related information,
and answer inquiries.
Follow up with leads regularly for site visits and meetings.
Maintain and update customer database and call records.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for follow-ups
and lead conversions.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably
in real estate.
Good communication skills in English and local languages.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with
CRM systems is a plus.
Pleasant personality and good telephone etiquette.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Educational Qualification:
Working Hours: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
