tele Counselor

Job Brief:

As a Telecounselor, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students via phone to provide information, guidance, and support regarding the organization’s programs, services, or offerings. The role is target-driven, with a daily requirement of making 100 calls to generate interest, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into admission.


Responsibilities:

Minimum 100calls/day

Provide detailed information about courses to students.

Follow up on inquiries, nurture leads, and maintain regular contact to build relationship.

Skills Required:

Fluency in bengali &hindi,plus English (if applicable to the job region).

Follow up skills.

Minimum quallification is 12thpass.
