Tele Marketing Executive

We are seeking immediately a dedicated and detail-oriented Tele-Marketing Executive with 12th / Graduate and minimum 2+ years of experience.( Certifications/Licenses: MS office / MSCIT) is must.

1. Job Purpose

• Overview:
  The primary responsibilities of this role include reaching out to existing customers to gather feedback on their current Aquarius machines, introducing them to our new models, and maintaining accurate records.

2. Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Feedback:
• Contact existing customers to solicit feedback on their current Aquarius machines.
• Document customer responses, concerns, and suggestions accurately.
2. Product Introduction:
• Inform customers about new Aquarius machine models and their features.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide detailed information about the new products.
• Identify potential interest in new models and arrange follow-up actions if needed.
3. Data Management:
• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets with customer interactions, feedback, and product introduction details.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports summarizing feedback and customer interest in new models.
