Role DescriptionThis is a contract Tele Marketing Executive position, with a hybrid work arrangement based in Noida . As a Tele Marketing Executive at Digisec Technologies, you will be responsible for setting up meetings with Head IT/CIOs and CISOs for the Management and Sales team to build relationships, gather requirements and convert into business. You will be contacting prospective clients via phone, email, linkedin to promote and sell our services. You will be expected to deliver the following:1) Data Sourcing and Management,2) Tele calls to generate meetings in corporates, Medium and Enterprise Business (B2B)3) Develop selling skills and business knowledge to grow into a Business Development executive.You are expected to meet and exceed assigned quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis, and to follow up on leads generated by marketing initiatives. You will work collaboratively with the sales teams to develop and refine pipeline strategy and meet organizational sales goals.

Experience1-2 years of experience in B2B Telemarketing Knowledge of IT Infrastructure solutions, Telecom, cloud solutions, cyber security solutions will be preferred.

QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and HindiPrior work experience as a Tele Marketing Executive or similar customer service roleProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or quotasAbility to engage in cold calling and email campaigns with clear and concise scripting with prospectsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly develop technical product and industry knowledgeProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with CRM systemsAbility to work independently and remotely while still being a team playerBachelor's degree/Graduate.
