Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and provide information about products/services
Generate leads, build customer interest, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Follow up on leads via phone calls, and emails
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales, and follow -ups in CRM
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer queries professionally
Work closely with the sales team to support overall business goals
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and local languages (as required)
Confident, persuasive, and good at objection handling
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business, email, etc.)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
