Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team in the financial services sector. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early -career professional eager to build a foundation in sales and customer engagement within a fast -paced, client -driven environment. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and retention by proactively reaching out to potential clients via phone to promote financial products such as insurance, investment plans, and savings accounts. Your ability to communicate clearly, build rapport, and understand client needs will directly contribute to the company’s revenue growth and market expansion. This position offers structured training, performance -based incentives, and a clear career progression path within the financial services domain.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote financial products and services. 
- Identify client needs through effective questioning and provide tailored product recommendations. 
- Maintain accurate and up -to -date records of all client interactions in the CRM system. 
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into successful sales conversions. 
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding. 
- Monitor and report on daily sales performance, call metrics, and key KPIs. 
- Adhere to compliance standards and regulatory guidelines in all customer communications. 
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • 0–1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (freshers are encouraged to apply). 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional language(s) as applicable. 
  • Ability to work independently, meet daily targets, and thrive in a performance -driven environment. 
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a customer -centric mindset. 
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required. 
  • High school or equivalent qualification; graduation in any discipline is preferred.
