Job Description - Tele Sales Executive International Rice Export | FMCG

About the Company

Grainville India is a fast -growing rice processing and export
company supplying premium Indian rice varieties to international buyers across
the Middle East, Africa, Europe, USA, and other global markets.

Job Summary

We are hiring Tele Sales
Executives (International B2B)
for rice export sales. The role
is purely
calling -based international sales, focused on lead
generation, buyer follow -ups, and order conversion through overseas calls.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Make 150 outbound
sales calls daily
to international buyers
• Achieve a minimum of
20 meaningful
international buyer conversations per day
.
• Generate new international leads through cold calling, data calling, and
online inquiries.

• Explain rice varieties, quality specifications, packaging options, pricing,
payment terms, and shipment details to buyers.

• Convert qualified leads into confirmed export orders.
• Follow up regularly with international buyers via
calls,
WhatsApp, and emails
.
• Update all calling activities, leads, and follow -ups in
Zoho CRM on a daily basis.
• Maintain Excel reports for daily calls, connected calls, leads, and
conversions.

• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, documentation, shipment, and
order execution.

• Handle buyers across different international time zones.
• Ensure discipline in daily calling targets and sales reporting.

Candidate Profile

• Mandatory experience in international
tele sales / export sales
(rice or food/agro commodities
preferred).

• Comfortable with
high -volume
daily calling (150+ calls)
.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Confident in cold calling and convincing international buyers.
• Working knowledge of
Zoho CRM, MS
Excel
, and export sales process.
• Target -driven, disciplined, and result -oriented.
• Experience dealing with importers, distributors, and traders is a plus.
