Job Summary:

We are looking for a Tele calling Executive who will handle customer calls, provide information about spa services, and schedule appointments for clients. The candidate should have good communication skills and a customer -friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Inform customers about spa services, offers, and memberships.
Handle inbound customer inquiries politely and professionally.
Schedule and confirm appointments for spa services.
Maintain customer data and update call records.
Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat bookings.

Requirements:

Any Graduate / Intermediate.
1–2 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, or telesales (preferred).
Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Pleasant voice and convincing skills.
