TELE SALES OFFICER – HOME LOAN

Location: Dwarka Sector 1 / Janakpuri, New Delhi

Gender: Female Candidates Only

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Attractive Incentives

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year in Telecalling, Telesales, Banking, Loan, Insurance, BPO, Customer Service, or Related Roles

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Shift: Day Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and inbound calls to potential customers

• Promote Home Loan, Balance Transfer, and Top -Up Loan products

• Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements

• Follow up on company -provided leads

• Maintain customer records in CRM, Dialer, and Excel

• Coordinate with sales and processing teams for smooth conversions

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and Basic English

• Customer handling and convincing skills

• Comfortable with target -based calling

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, and Dialer)

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
