Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Consultant at VMax Wellness. As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving service program sales and providing expert nutritional advice and guidance to customers. You will assist clients in following up on nutrition plans and supplements to help them meet their fitness goals. Key responsibilities include conducting sales calls, following up with leads, demonstrating service skills related to health and fitness, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as a solid understanding of health and wellness principles.

You'll be responsible for:
1. Driving Sales: Actively generating and closing sales of our premium nutrition programs and supplements.
2. Expert Guidance: Providing organisational nutritional advice and recommendations tailored to customers' specific needs.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Acquisition: Actively seek and identify potential clients for VMax Wellness's premium plans and convert free users to paying subscribers through effective sales strategies.
2. Customer Understanding: Thoroughly assess client needs and requirements to tailor suitable solutions.
3. Sales Process Mastery: Successfully execute the sales process, from lead generation to closure, leveraging training and development opportunities.
4. Negotiation Skills: Negotiate mutually beneficial deals that align with client goals and Optimise objectives.
5. Revenue Generation: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to drive month-over-month growth.
6. Brand Building: Position VMax Wellness as an industry leader through effective sales and marketing strategies.
7. Sales Efficiency: Optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and increase conversion rates.
8. Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and support.
9. Lead Qualification and Follow-up: Identify high-quality leads and effectively follow up to drive sales opportunities.

Key Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Nutrition or a related field.
2. Industry Knowledge: Passionate about health, wellness, and fitness, with a strong understanding of the domain.
3. Work Schedule: Willing to work in a split shift (9:00 AM – 12 PM & 3:00 PM – 9 PM).
4. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales/Tele Sales, preferably in the Health & Wellness Industry.
5. Subject Expertise: Knowledge of weight loss strategies, workout progression, and related health concepts.
6. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (mandatory) and Tamil.
7. Sales Skills: Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills, with a highly enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-driven approach. Strong negotiation, closing abilities, and diligent follow-up skills.
8. Technical Requirements: Must have a good working laptop with a stable internet connection.
