• Document customer interactions and update records as per process.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (Fluent) and English (Manageable).
• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented and target-driven.
