Job Description - Telecaller

The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, explaining products or services to customers, and maintaining good customer relationships to achieve sales or service targets.

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
