Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to handle outbound and/or inbound calls, generate leads, and assist customers by providing information about our products/services. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive approach.

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
  
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
  
• Explain products/services and answer questions clearly
  
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow -ups
  
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
  
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
  
• Follow company scripts and guidelines during calls
  

Requirements

• Minimum: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent
  
• Graduation preferred (any field)
  
• Prior experience in telecalling/telesales is a plus
