Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Can work into pressure.

Requirements

Proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role.

Excellent knowledge of English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Position Only For Female Candidates.
