Job Description - Telecaller

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer -focused Telecallers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting property owners, builders, and real estate agents, introducing them to our platform, and assisting them with the onboarding process. Candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for customer interaction are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Contact potential property owners, builders, and agents via phone.

Explain the company's services and benefits to prospective users.

Assist customers with onboarding and registration on the mobile application.

Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.

Follow up with leads and build strong customer relationships.

Achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Required Skills

0–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support.
Experience in real estate, classifieds, or startup environments is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Fluency in English, Kannada or Hindi.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and mobile applications.
Positive attitude with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
