Job Description - Telecaller / Counsellor

Good communication skills
Comfortable working in a target -based environment
Ability to handle enquiries and convert leads
Handle high -volume outbound cold/warm calls and field incoming inquiries from leads.
Understand client needs, recommend appropriate products/courses, and explain benefits, pricing, and eligibility criteria.
Nurture leads through consistent follow -ups via phone and email to drive conversions.
Accurately log all client interactions, feedback, and outcomes in CRM or lead -tracking software.
Address concerns, overcome objections, and build long -term relationships to foster trust.
Hand off converted leads to the admissions or sales team and coordinate any necessary paperwork
