Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to support our logistics operations by handling customer interactions, generating leads, and ensuring smooth communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  Make outbound calls to potential clients for lead generation.

  
  


• 
  

  Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide shipment updates and logistics service information.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams for issue resolution.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain daily call records and update CRM/MIS systems.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up with clients for business conversion and service feedback.

  
  


• 
  

  Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales.

  
  


• 
  

  Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

  
  


• 
  

  Basic understanding of logistics or willingness to learn.

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable with MS Office and calling tools.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

  
  

Preferred Skills:

• 
  

  Experience in logistics / supply chain industry (added advantage)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
