Telecaller - Freshers OR DRA Certified (< 2 Years)

Voice Support for a FINTECH Co. Operations; DRA [Debt Recovery Agent] Certified Telecallers; Without DRA - Freshers & Experienced up to 2 Yrs can also apply:

• Manage a large number of Inbound and Outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow Call Center Scripts when handling different calls/issues
• Identifying customer needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide relevant solutions to the customers
• Maintain regular follow-up with Customer till closure of Overdue Accounts

• DRA [Debt Recovery Agent] Certified Candidates
• If NO DRA CERTIFICATE - Only Freshers & Callers up to 2 Year Experience in Voice Process may apply
• Candidates fluent in more than three languages will have added advantage;
• Candidates fluent in Kannada or Tamil along with English will have a preference / added advantage.
• Articulate & Strong Phone & Verbal communication skills along with active listening skills
• Fair Knowledge of Banking Products
• Customer Focus and Adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time efficiently
• Any Graduation Degree
