Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller - Loan products at FlexiPayment. As a Telecaller, your main responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential customers, pitching supply chain finance products, answering customer queries, and closing sales. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience as a telecaller in financeial services space is MUST
• Knowledge of loan products and financial services
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• High school diploma or equivalent. Bcom / BBA Graduate prefered
