Job Description - Telecaller - Real Estate

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients
Salary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 500000 (ie INR 3-5 LPA)

Min Experience: 1 years

Location: bangalore

JobType: full-time

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective leads.
  • Understand customer needs, qualify leads, and identify buying intent.
  • Schedule meetings or coordinate handoffs to senior sales advisors.
  • Maintain accurate CRM entries and follow structured sales workflows.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to share insights and feedback.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Empathetic, consultative approach — no aggressive selling.
  • High willingness to learn and grow into sales or GTM career paths.
  • Prior experience in real estate sales is an added advantage.

  • Experience: 1–4 years in real estate sales
  • Work Mode: 6 days, work from office
  • Location: Thanisandra, North Bangalore
