Telecaller/Admission Counsellor

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer -focused Telecallers / Admission Counselors to join our Admissions team. If you are passionate about guiding students and supporting their academic journey, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to student enquiries and admissions.
  

• Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, and the admission process.
  

• Maintain lead follow -ups and ensure timely conversions.
  

• Update and manage leads through CRM tools.
  

• Assist in admission campaigns, counselling sessions, and parent/student support.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
  

• 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling or as an Admission Counsellor (preferably in the education sector).
  

• Experience with NPF (NoPaperForm), Merrito, or similar CRM/enquiry management tools will be an added advantage.
  

• Strong communication skills and a student -centric approach.
  

• Ability to work in a fast -paced admissions environment.
