Job Description - Telecallers

Urgently Hiring HSC&Graduates for a reputed Bank for Outbound Telecalling (Premium Process) role with age limit Age 18 - 35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls:Contacting potential or existing customers to introduce products or services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule a consultation.
  • Lead generation and qualification:Identifying potential customers through various methods and qualifying them based on specific criteria.
  • Building customer relationships:Engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and building rapport to foster long-term relationships.
  • Meeting sales targets:Achieving individual and team sales goals through effective communication, persuasion, and follow-up.
  • Providing customer service:Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintaining customer records:Updating customer information, call details, and sales progress in the CRM system.
  • Following up on leads and customer interactions:Ensuring timely follow-up on leads and addressing customer queries or concerns promptly.
  • Staying updated on product knowledge:Continuously learning about the products or services offered to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Adhering to company policies and guidelines:Following established call scripts and procedures to maintain consistency and professionalism.
  • Providing feedback and insights:Sharing customer feedback and market insights with the team to improve strategies and processes.
  • Collaboration with other teams:Working with sales, marketing, and other departments to align strategies and improve customer experience.
  • Handling rejections and objections:Maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism when faced with customer objections or rejections.
  • Documentation and reporting:Maintaining accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions, and submitting regular reports.

Eligibility:

Good English Communication

Experience Mandatory with:

  1. Experience Letter
  2. Salary Slip
  3. Offer Letter

Shift: 9:45 AM 7:00 PM (Mon - Sat, Sun Off)

Training: 7 Days Provided

** Only experienced candidates with required documents will be shortlisted.


Salary: Up to 25K Fixed + Incentives

Clawback: 45 Days
