About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling SaaS & B2B tech enablement firm based in India, we build and deploy smart plugins and automation tools that empower enterprises to streamline sales, marketing, and customer engagement. Our telecalling team plays a pivotal role in driving qualified pipeline, nurturing prospects, and converting leads into revenue through strategic outbound outreach and consultative conversations.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to targeted business prospects to introduce our SaaS solutions and schedule discovery meetings.


• Qualify leads based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).


• Articulate value propositions clearly and concisely to overcome objections and build interest in our plugin ecosystem.


• Maintain accurate, real-time CRM updates (HubSpot/Salesforce) for every call, note, and follow-up action.


• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine scripts, segment audiences, and improve conversion rates.


• Adhere to compliance standards (TCPA, DND) and uphold company brand voice in every interaction.
