Job Description - Telecalling/ Back Office Executive

Job Title: Telecalling/ Back Office Executive

Location: Bardhman

Experience: 0 -1 (Freshers with strong Excel can apply)

Fixed salary upto 12k -15k

Job Responsibilities:

Telecalling & Coordination

• Make outbound calls and coordinate with candidates

• Follow up with candidates and provide necessary information

? Back Office Operations

• Maintain and update candidate data in MS Excel

• Handle portal -related tasks and documentation

• Maintain internal trackers and records

• Support daily operational activities

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)
Good typing speed & attention to detail
Basic knowledge of HR documentation/onboarding process
Ability to manage large data efficiently

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred)
Good communication & coordination skills

? Graduate in any discipline

? Hindi, English & Bengali (any South Indian language is an added advantage)

? Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations

? Good communication and coordination skills
