We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Telecalling Executive to join our real estate team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, building relationships, and driving sales opportunities through effective communication. You will be the first point of contact for potential buyers, helping them explore property options and guiding them through their journey.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients via inbound and outbound calls, providing clear and compelling information about real estate projects.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling, follow-ups, and proactive client engagement.
Create, update, and manage property listings on major real estate portals (
MagicBricks, 99Acres, Housing.com, etc.) to maximize visibility.
Maintain an accurate and organized customer database, tracking leads and follow-up status.
Collaborate with channel partners to support promotions, lead generation, and sales activities.
Coordinate and schedule site visits for potential buyers, ensuring they have all necessary project details.
Build long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the property-buying journey.
Support the sales team in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Female candidates preferred, with 6 months – 1 year of experience in real estate telecalling, inside sales, or customer engagement.
Prior exposure to
real estate portals like MagicBricks, 99Acres, and
Housing.com is an advantage.
Familiarity with channel partner networks in real estate is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and local language.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Basic computer literacy with comfort using MS Office and CRM tools.
