The role is suited to someone who has worked extensively on rating, billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable systems, with the ability to design solutions, manage end\u2011to\u2011end billing cycles, and support production environments in a fast-paced telecom ecosystem.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\nManage rating, billing, invoicing, Accounts Receivable, and billing journal processes with a high level of accuracy. \nWork with telecom billing platforms such as Kenan or Foris and associated operational systems. \nConduct business analysis and perform solution design, development, and integration using Java batch components, API integrations, or cloud-based technologies. \nDevelop and optimise PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, and undertake detailed data validation activities. \nUse Unix/Linux administration and Shell scripting (ksh/bash) to automate and orchestrate batch processes. \nDesign, develop, and maintain containerised integration adapters and cross\u2011application interfaces. \nInvestigate billing data gaps, mediation issues, and potential revenue leakage, ensuring timely resolution. \nSupport and monitor end\u2011to\u2011end billing cycles, batch execution flows, and financial journal postings. \nPerform log analysis, incident management, and root\u2011cause analysis to ensure stability in production systems. \nDebug issues across database, middleware, and integration layers involving Oracle and related components. \nCollaborate with development, infrastructure, finance, and business teams to maintain billing accuracy and system reliability. \nCommunicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders through written and verbal updates.\n\n## Who you are\n\nAn individual with strong understanding of telecom billing and revenue operations. \nProficient in PL/SQL development, Java or cloud technologies, and API-based integrations. \nExperienced in Unix/Linux environments with advanced Shell scripting capabilities. \nSkilled in debugging complex issues across data and integration layers. \nA collaborative professional who works effectively with technical and non\u2011technical teams. \nA clear communicator who can articulate technical matters in an accessible way.\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
