Job Description

Grainville India is a fast -growing rice processing and export company.
Supplying premium Indian rice to buyers across the Middle East, Africa, Europe,
USA, and other global markets.

We are looking for a Telecaller /
Customer Support Executive
who will support our international sales team
through
calling, follow -ups, customer coordination, and CRM updates.
This is a
non -target -based role, focused on communication, coordination,
and support—not direct sales closure.

Role Summary

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls with international
    buyers and prospects

  • Support sales and export teams through regular
    follow -ups and customer coordination

  • Act as a communication bridge between buyers, sales
    team, and internal departments

  • Maintain accurate customer records and call updates in
    CRM

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Telecalling & Customer Support

  • Make outbound calls to international buyers, importers,
    and distributors for follow -ups and information sharing

  • Handle inbound calls from buyers and respond to basic
    queries professionally

  • Share product details, company information, and meeting
    confirmations (no selling targets)

  • Follow up on emails, quotations, samples, meetings, and
    discussions

Buyer Coordination & Follow -ups

  • Coordinate buyer calls, meetings, and appointments as
    guided by the sales team

  • Maintain regular communication with buyers to ensure
    timely responses

  • Escalate important buyer feedback or concerns to the
    sales/management team

CRM & Data Management

  • Update call details, buyer information, and follow -up
    status in
    Zoho CRM

  • Maintain buyer databases, call logs, and follow -up
    trackers

  • Assist sales executives with lead data and customer
    records

Internal Coordination Support

  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and logistics teams
    for buyer -related communication

  • Support documentation follow -ups related to samples,
    shipments, or inspections (support role only)

Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support,
    Sales Support, or Call Coordination

  • Good spoken English (international calling experience
    preferred)

  • Comfortable speaking with overseas customers
  • Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, Gmail, and calling
    tools

  • Polite, confident, and customer -focused communication
    skills
