Job Description - Telesales Executive


  1. Lead Generation & Follow -ups
    Contact potential customers, generate leads, and follow up on inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.

  2. Product Promotion & Sales
    Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers and encourage order placement.

  3. Customer Relationship Management
    Maintain regular communication with existing customers, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  4. Order Coordination & Documentation
    Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for order processing and maintain accurate sales records.

  5. Sales Target Achievement
    Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while identifying new business opportunities in the market.




Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive and persuasive mindset
  • Proven experience in sales and telecalling
  • Must know computers
