Tender Executive / Tendering Manager - International Transmission Line (EHV) Projects - L1

   Manage the tendering process from initiation to submission for international transmission line EHV projects.

o   Experience of working on Multilateral funding and International tendering experience will be preferred.

o    Analyse tender documents, identify key requirements, and develop compliant bid strategies.

o   Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, commercial, and legal) to gather input and ensure comprehensive techno commercial bid submissions.

o   Develop and maintain complex tender documents, spreadsheets, and models using MS Excel.

o   Preparation of BOQ and cost estimates in line with technical requirements.

o   Conduct technical and commercial evaluations of tenders, identifying risks and opportunities.

o   Coordinate with stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure timely submission.

o   Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.

o   5+ years of experience in Transmission Line Tendering.

o   Strong knowledge of international transmission EHV line projects (132kV to 765kV).

o   Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

o   Proficient in MS office - MS Excel / Advanced Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
