Tender Manager

Responsibilities

• Build effective engagement with leaders across the healthcare system, using expert levels of knowledge of the customer environment to develop longer-term collaborations that differentiate the value of Essity.
• Monitor and understand the business impact of market changes. Finding new opportunities as the industry changes.
• Access the right policymakers, key opinion leaders, patient associations, and new customer stakeholders for partnerships on long-term opportunities, and lead long-term projects.
• Key point of contact for our value-based selling offering, responsible for introducing and presenting our offer’s health and financial aspects, and tracking outcomes post-implementation while supporting the PAMA team and strategy.
• Work closely with authorities/organizations on clinical guidelines which support the recommendation of Essity technologies, whilst using relevant guidelines to support tender shaping opportunities.
• Create educational programs and webinars and represent Essity at trade shows and network events.
• Spread best practices within the market and support sales teams with impactful business cases combining clinical evidence and finance.
