Tendering Engineer - Substation | Mumbai

We are hiring an experienced  Tendering Engineer  for reputed EPC Company

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial tenders for substation projects.

• Study and analyze RFQs, tender documents, specifications, BOQ and client requirements.

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQ, material take-off and pricing for AIS/GIS substations.

• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Projects and Commercial teams for tender preparation.

• Prepare technical compliance statements, deviations and clarifications.

• Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors/subcontractors.

• Prepare price comparison statements and finalize competitive rates.

• Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals within tender deadlines.

• Analyze project scope, specifications, drawings and contractual requirements.

• Participate in pre-bid meetings and client/vendor discussions.

• Maintain tender documentation and ensure compliance with client specifications and applicable standards

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

• 33kV / 66kV / 132kV / 220kV / 400kV substations

• BOQ, costing and material estimation
