Territory Manager:


 


Job Description 


We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales person to manage end‑to‑end sales operations for hydraulic rock breakers and the full range of hydraulic attachments across Rajasthan. This role involves prospecting, application study, solution offering, negotiation, execution, and payment follow‑up.


 


Key Responsibilities:


 



  • Drive sales growth across quarry belts, contractors, hirers, and retail markets.

  • Manage key accounts and develop strong customer relationships.

  • Support and guide distributor teams to achieve regional sales targets.

  • Explore new business opportunities and expand market presence.

  • Track competition and work strategically to increase market share.

  • Coordinate closely with aftermarket, regional teams, and marketing.

  • Promote new products with support from application/technical teams.

  • Ensure strong control over receivables and smooth execution of orders. 

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills•  Ability to manage dealer networks and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Energetic, self‑driven, and target‑focused personality

  • Identify untapped areas and explore new business opportunities

  • Introduce value‑based sales concepts and guide dealer teams

  • Track competition, their customers, and performance of competing products

  • Analyze TTM and market share, and drive continuous improvement

  • Support reporting manager and marketing from proposal submission to execution

  • Promote new/field‑test products with application or technical engineers

  • Maintain effective coordination with regional teams, marketing, dealers, and customers

  • Ensure strong control over receivables.


 


Qualification, Skills, and Experience:


 


Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical / Production / Machinery / Metallurgy / Mining / other relevant engineering verticals.


Sales experience in construction / mining equipment industry for around 5 years.


Fluent written / spoken / listening communication skills in English.


 


Key Competencies required for this role:


 


Integrity, commitment and never give-up attitude.   


Ability to achieve customer satisfaction, effective teamwork and collaboration within Epiroc and among the external stakeholders as well.


Time management, good analytical skills, decision making, adaptability and commercial awareness.


 


Location:  Udaipur, Rajasthan, INDIA
