Job Title: Territory Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Epiroc is looking for enthusiastic and passionate team member based in Mumbai to handle key accounts pertaining to Epiroc product portfolio.


• Mumbai location offers gamut of Tunneling clients aided by Surface drilling accounts in cements.


• He/She shall handle the key accounts with Capital Equipment such as Tunnel drill jumbos, Smart drill rigs, rock tools, Ventilation and aftermarket.


• The position is of key importance and requires technical as well as commercial expertise to handle the clients.


• Knowledge of Mining, Mining machineries, drilling equipment, Tunneling is essential to make the subject and customer understand thoroughly.


• He/She must handle key accounts not only within the territory, but communication and co-ordination also be required at the site level.

Skills and Experience required for this position: 

• Knowledge of Mining, drilling equipment & tunneling is essential. 


• Candidate must carry minimum work experience and exposure of 7-8 years in handling key accounts with Tunneling/construction/mining equipment sales and aftermarket.


• He/She must be aware of products, applications and related parameters, able to understand the project requirements and provide aptly suited solution for the customer.

Qualifications required for this position: 

• He/she must be from Mining/Mechanical/Mining Machinery Engineering background. 


• Candidate must be an Engineering graduate with fluency in Spoken and written English, Hindi and any no. of regional languages.  

Key competencies required for this role: 

• Candidate must be able to understand project, applications and handle technical and commercial discussions, exude Integrity, commitment with never- say-die attitude.


• Candidate must work for customer delight and increased customer share in each segment and product line/ segment.
