Job Description - Territory Manager - Bancassurance - CTC

Managing a team of 8 IRMs of various grades who sell Insurance policies
& manage Federal Branch Banking Customers at the Bank centers.
Managing one district of Kerala which consists of 30+ federal bank branches
Exceeding Business plans on all parameters.
Regularly updating the performance of Bank Branches to the DGM/GM of Banks.
Planning, strategizing and achieving the volume every month as a team and own-up the responsibility to every individual team member covering the allocated Branches.
Forecasting Sales figures in line with the company revenue targetsess than 6-7 yrs in sales & Team handling
