Territory Manager -Delhi

• Lead and manage a large sales team of 35+ members, including Team Leaders and Assistant Managers
  
• Own territory performance with end -to -end responsibility for revenue growth and P&L
  
• Define and execute sales strategies to drive business expansion and profitability
  
• Track and improve performance using best -in -class sales and service metrics
  
• Build a culture of ownership, customer focus, and strong ethics
  

Requirements

• 4–9 years of experience in sales / inside sales with a strong revenue track record
  
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing large sales teams (30+ members)
  
• Proven ownership of P&L, sales strategy, and process optimization
  
• Ability to thrive and deliver results in fast -paced, high -pressure environments
  
• Strong communication, analytical, and people leadership skills
