Job Description - Territory Manager II, CRM

Here, you\u2019ll be supported in progressing \u2013 whatever your ambitions.\n\nRole Summary:\n\nSupport the region in achieving its goals and objectives by:\n\n\u2022 Develop and implement annual marketing programs as per plan and budget, consistent with the overall franchise goals and marketing strategy.\n\n\u2022 Plan and implement Regional/National/International workshops, KBL/KOL engagement initiatives, CME Initiatives, HCP Training programs in accordance to UCMPMD \u0026 other guidelines set. \n\n\u2022 Establish effective working relationship with KBL/KOL\u2019s in the field; Identify key Physician champions for the region; Assist in coordinating Physician symposiums and participation in main customer events/congress.\n\n\u2022 Conduct analysis of competitor activities, customer needs, technology and infrastructure, therapy adoption etc. relevant to product line in-country\n\n\u2022 Lead execution of marketing plans for portfolio, coordinate with internal functions and external service providers, monitor on ground execution of programs/ conferences/ events/ promotions etc., troubleshoot, ensure the right set of metrics are in place for tracking success \u0026 determine corrective action in line with goals, provide timely and accurate MIS.\n\nMust work in close alliance with Core Marketing team.\n\nQualification, Experience and Characteristics:\n\n3-5 years of experience in CRM business along with exposure to marketing/programs experience in Healthcare/Life Sciences/ Medical devices/ Pharmaceutical industry \n \n--- \n \nThe candidate should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be familiar with the tools and skills required for undertaking the designated activities. \n \nResults Driven, Innovator, Team-oriented. \n \nRequisition ID: 625839\n\nBoston Scientific transforms lives through innovative medical technologies that improve the health of patients around the world.
