Description
As a Territory Manager for IN - NOVATEUR ELECTRICAL & DIGITAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (NEDS), you will play a crucial role in our L7 - IN - LEGRAND - Trade Sales department. Your primary objective is to boost sales, expand our distribution network, and foster long-lasting customer relationships within your assigned territory. This role is pivotal in executing our market coverage and sales strategies to meet and exceed our sales targets.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth and achieve primary and secondary sales targets in the assigned territory.
Expand numeric distribution and establish new customer relationships.
Implement effective market coverage strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
Execute sales plans and ensure proper execution of sales activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in sales operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the electrical or digital systems industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Proficiency in using sales management tools and CRM software.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for business travel.
